UNIFORM UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT

567.224a Exception.
Sec. 4a.
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), property is not subject to the custody of this state as unclaimed property if its value is $25.00 or less.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to property described in section 11a or dividends.
