Proceedings Subject To Indian Child Welfare Acts

41-3-109. Proceedings subject to Indian Child Welfare Acts. If a proceeding under this chapter involves an Indian child, as defined in the federal Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. 1901, et seq., or 41-3-1303, the proceeding is subject to the federal Indian Child Welfare Act and the Montana Indian Child Welfare Act provided for in Title 41, chapter 3, part 13.
