NRS 495.050 Commissioner may vote on agreement or lease extending beyond his
or her term of office. Any member
of any board of county commissioners in the State may vote on any agreement or
indenture for the lease of real or personal property of his or her respective
county as referred to in NRS 495.040,
notwithstanding the fact that the term of the agreement may extend beyond his
or her term of office.
