NRS 639.243 Statement to Respondent: Contents. The
statement, entitled Statement to the Respondent, shall be worded so as to
inform the respondent:
1. That an accusation has been filed.
2. Of the right to a hearing before the Board to answer to the alleged violations and to submit evidence in his or her own behalf if requested by the filing of two copies of the Notice of Defense within 20 days after receipt of the accusation.
