645.090 Real Estate Commission: Qualifications of members. Each member of the Commission must:
1. Be a citizen of the United States.
2. Have been a resident of the State of
Nevada for not less than 5 years.
3. Have been actively engaged in business
as:
(a) A real estate broker within the State of
Nevada for at least 3 years immediately preceding the date of appointment; or
(b) A real estate broker-salesperson within the
State of Nevada for at least 5 years immediately preceding the date of appointment.
