Chapter 14, Article 16 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Electronic
Transactions Act".

                                     ANNOTATIONS

The 2013 amendment, effective June 14, 2013, changed "This act" to "Chapter 14,
Article 16 NMSA 1978".
