Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 226, § 54 repealed 22-5-4.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by
Laws 1981, ch. 296, § 1, allowing local school boards to authorize a period of silence at
the beginning of the school day, effective July 1, 1993. For provisions of former section,
