                                     ANNOTATIONS

Gender-neutral forms. — To comply with the New Mexico constitution, gender-neutral
language must be utilized in identifying the applicants and spouses in the forms
required by 40-1-18 NMSA 1978. Griego v. Oliver, 2014-NMSC-003.

Form indicates that only one parent need consent to marriage of underage child.
