Chapter 72, Article 6 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Water-Use Leasing Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2014 amendment, effective May 21, 2014, added the NMSA chapter and article for the Water Leasing Act; and at the beginning of the sentence, deleted "This act" and added "Chapter 72, Article 6 NMSA 1978". Laws 2014, ch. 45, § 1 and Laws 2014, ch. 48, § 1, both effective May 21, 2014, enacted identical amendments to this section. The section was set out as amended by Laws 2014, ch. 48, § 1. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978.
