This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Telecommunications Act of 1997". Added by Laws 1997, c. 408, § 1, eff. July 1, 1997. Amended by Laws 2002, c. 80, § 1, eff. July 1, 2002; Laws 2016, c. 270, § 2, emerg. eff. May 9, 2016.
