      414.095 Exemptions applicable to payments. Neither medical assistance nor amounts payable to vendors out of medical assistance funds are transferable or assignable at law or in equity and none of the money paid or payable under the provisions of this chapter is subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment or other legal process.
