      657.300 False statements or failure to report material fact by employer. No employer or employer’s agent shall intentionally and willfully make or cause to be made false statements or willfully fail to report a material fact regarding the claim of a claimant or regarding a claimant or claimant’s eligibility for benefits under this chapter.
