Enactment.  Chapter 37 was added August 11, 2009, P.L.147, No.33, effective in 60 days.

§ 3701.  Establishment of prerelease centers (Repealed).

 

2012 Repeal.  Section 3701 was repealed July 5, 2012, P.L.1050, No.122, effective July 1, 2013.
