§ 5103.  Aviation Restricted Account.

(a)  Creation of account.--There is hereby created a special account in the State Treasury which shall be known as the Aviation Restricted Account.

(b)  Source.--(Repealed).

(c)  Use of account.--(Repealed).

1996 Repeal.  Act 105 repealed subsecs. (b) and (c).
