Rule 2125. Suspension of Acts of Assembly.
Section 213 of the Act approved March 10, 1949, P. L. 30, Art. II, 24 P. S. § 2-213, is suspended in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of 1968, Article V, Section 10(c).
