Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-8-101 apply to this section.
An actor commits picketing or parading in or near a court if the actor pickets or parades in or near a building that houses a court of this state with intent to:
obstruct access to that court; or
affect the outcome of a case pending before that court.
A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
