Rule 3.06. Record for Intermediate Relief in Appellate Court. If prior to the time the record is transmitted a party moves in the appellate court for any intermediate relief, then the clerk of the trial court at the request of the appellate court shall transmit such parts of the record as the appellate court shall designate.
