Rule 24. Post-trial motions.

Rule 24.5. District and municipal courts.

This rule shall be applicable in the district and municipal courts, except that in those courts the thirty-day periods in Rules 24.1 and 24.2 are reduced to fourteen (14) days, and the sixty-day period in Rule 24.4 is reduced to fourteen (14) days. The timely filing of a post-trial motion pursuant to this rule shall toll the running of the time for appeal, until the motion is denied.
