ALABAMA RULES OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION

Rule 14.

Special judges, compensation.

(A) Special judge, other than probate court. Any special judge assigned to duty in the circuit court or district court pursuant to statute shall be compensated at a rate of $100 per day.

(B) Special judge, probate court. Any special judge assigned to duty in the probate court pursuant to statute shall be compensated at the rate of $100 per day.

Comment

Ala.Code 1975, Section 12-1-14, provides for the establishment by rule of a rate of compensation.
