Rule 212. The parties may request a scheduling conference under Rule 503.5(e) within ten days of the order granting the petition. (b) The parties’ right to oral argument and the procedures governing oral argument are set out in Rule 505. (c) The party which filed the initial petition for hearing shall be entitled to open and close the argument. Where there are cross-petitions, the petition and cross-petition shall be argued together. In such cases, the order of oral argument shall be determined by the court of discretionary review at the request of either party or upon its own motion.
