Rule 522. Legal Effect of Rules—Procedural Portions of Statutes Superseded.

RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE Rule 602 These rules are promulgated pursuant to constitutional authority granting rulemaking power to the supreme court, and to the extent that they are inconsistent with any procedural provisions of any statute not enacted for the specific purpose of changing a rule, shall supersede such statute to the extent of such inconsistency.
