Rule 606. Dismissal. (a) By Parties or Court. Dismissal of appeals by parties is governed by Rule 511. Dismissal of appeals by the superior court or clerk of the superior court is governed by Rule 511.5. (b) Nonpayment of Costs. If the costs for preparation of the record or transcript on appeal are not paid within 30 days of notification that such costs are due, the appeal may be dismissed by the superior court on its own motion or on the motion of opposing counsel.
