Alaska R. Civ. P. 87 (2026)

Rule 87. Civil Arrest. A motion for an order of arrest in a civil action shall be accompanied by affidavit setting out the facts supporting the ground for arrest. The order of arrest shall state the amount of bail. The arresting officer, at the time of arrest, shall deliver to the defendant copies of the order of arrest and all affidavits supporting the motion.
