Rule 92. Construction of Rules. These rules are designed to provide for the efficient operation of the courts of the State of Alaska. If no specific procedure is prescribed by rule, the court may proceed in any lawful manner not inconsistent with these rules, the constitution, and the common law. (Adopted by SCO 5 October 9, 1959; amended by SCO 49 effective January 1, 1963)
