Rule 93. Legal Effect of Rules—Statutes Superseded. These rules are promulgated pursuant to constitutional authority granting rule making power to the supreme court, and to the extent that they are inconsistent with any procedural provisions of any statute not enacted for the specific purpose of changing a rule, shall supersede such statute to the extent of such inconsistency. (Adopted by SCO 5 October 9, 1959; amended by SCO 49 effective January 1, 1963)
