Rule 98. Effective Date. These rules become effective on the date to be established by order of the supreme court. They shall govern all civil actions and proceedings thereafter commenced and so far as just and practicable all proceedings then pending. (Adopted by SCO 5 October 9, 1959; amended by SCO 49 effective January 1, 1963)
