Rule 48. Regulation of Conduct in the Court Room. The taking of photographs in the court room during the progress of judicial proceedings, or radio or television broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the court room, shall not be permitted by the court except in accordance with applicable provisions of the Administrative Rule 50. (Adopted by SCO 4 October 4, 1959; amended by SCO 322 effective September 15, 1978; and by SCO 1158 effective July 15, 1994)
