Rule 51. Procedure Not Otherwise Specified— Construction of Statutes. These rules are designated to provide for the efficient operation of the court of the State of Alaska. If no specific procedure is prescribed by rule or statute, the court may proceed in any lawful manner not inconsistent with these rules, the constitution, and the common law. (Adopted by SCO 4 October 4, 1959)
