Rule 39. Vital Statistics. The presiding judge shall designate district court judges, magistrate judges, or judicial employees to perform all of the functions and duties with respect to the preparation, filing and recording of vital statistics, and the maintaining of records incident thereto, as provided by law and in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Bureau of Vital Statistics. (Adopted by SCO 412 effective July 1, 1980; amended by SCO 1829 effective October 15, 2014)
