Amendments. The 2019 amendment substituted “Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration” for “Director of the Department of Finance and Administration” in the introductory language of (a); substituted “secretary” for “director” throughout the section; and substituted “Division of Arkansas State Police” for “Department of Arkansas State Police” in (c).
