History. Acts 1993, No. 646, § 1; 2011, No. 1133, § 1; 2013, No. 1135, § 6.

Amendments. The 2011 amendment, in (a), substituted “If real property” for “Whenever any real property, section or town or city lots,” inserted “or the purchaser, donee, or redemptor of the real property” in two places, and substituted “in the circuit court of the county where” for “in the chancery court wherein”; inserted “in the State of Arkansas or in a purchaser, donee, or redemptor” in (b)(1); and substituted “real property” for “lands” at the end of (b)(3).

The 2013 amendment substituted “A suit” for “Suit” in (b)(1); inserted “a suit” in (b)(2); and inserted “a suit for” in (b)(3).
