Amendments. The 2009 amendment substituted “Director of Arkansas Tobacco Control” for “Director of the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board” in (c).
The 2019 amendment, in (a), deleted “of tobacco products” following “wholesaler”, and substituted “permitted” for “licensed”; deleted former (b); and redesignated former (c) as (b).
