In fact, this court originally dismissed the inverse condemnation suit for "failing to state a cause of action." The only other Florida case dealing with the issue of inverse condemnation based on pollution of underground waters was Village of Tequesta v. Jupiter Inlet Corporation, 371 So.2d 663 (Fla.), cert. den. 444 U.S. 965, 371 [100] S.Ct. 453, 62 L.Ed.2d 377 [(1979)] and that case was decided against the landowners.
