Gray, 323 F.2d 178 (6th Cir.), cert. denied, 375 U.S. 907 , 84 S.Ct. 199 , 11 L.Ed.2d 147 (1963); United States v. Hoffa, 235 F.Supp. 611 (E.D.Tenn.1964). 4 Ultimately the defendants were brought to trial and found guilty.
