Order affirmed, without costs, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Ibvixg H. Saypol at Special Term. Under section 25 of the General Corporation Law the Supreme Court was vested with[*816] discretion to make such order as ‘ ‘ justice may require ’ Moreover, the issue is now all but mooted since the regular election of directors and officers is to take place next month.
