Published opinion
884 So. 2d 323
2004 Fla. App. LEXIS 13324
2004 WL 1969683
Covington, Salcines, Whatley.
Published
COVINGTON, Judge.

John Lewis Swanson seeks review of the order summarily denying his motion to[*324] correct illegal sentence. The claim that he brings is more appropriately presented in a motion to withdraw plea filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Accordingly, we affirm without prejudice to any right he may have to file such a motion.

Affirmed.
