PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of June 27, 2006, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal was not filed within 30 days of rendition of the order on appeal as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(b). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as untimely.
