(b) Non-Part D—No Action. EPA is neither approving nor disapproving the following elements of the revisions identified in § 52.1020(C)(10):
(1) Intergovernmental consultation.
(2) Interstate pollution notification requirements.
(3) Public notification requirements.
(4) Conflict of Interest requirements.
(5) Permit fees.
