Every person is competent to be a witness except as otherwise provided in these rules, or in any statute of the State of Colorado.

The present rule preserves the general Colo- and the exceptions listed in §§ 13-90-102 rado rule under § 13-90-101, et seq., C.R.S.; through 13-90-108.
