Sec. 1-21. —Nonsummary Judgment (Amended June 28, 1999, to take effect Jan. 1, 2000.) In a nonsummary contempt proceeding, the judgment file of contempt shall be prepared within a reasonable time by the clerk and shall be signed by the judicial authority and entered on the record.
