Sec. 10-72. —Action by Assignee of Chose in Action Where the assignee and equitable and bona fide owner of any chose in action, not negotiable, sues thereon in his or her own name, such party shall in the complaint allege that he or she is the actual bona fide owner thereof, and set forth when and how such party acquired title thereto.
