Sec. 14-19. Cases Marked Settled Any case that does not proceed to trial because it has been reported to the judicial authority as having been settled shall be withdrawn within thirty days or shall be dismissed thereafter unless 248 the judicial authority, for good cause shown, extends the time for a withdrawal.
