Sec. 14-21. Clerk To Communicate with Counsel in Cases Assigned for Week Certain The caseflow coordinator or clerk, at the direc- tion of the presiding judge, shall communicate with counsel for the parties in the cases assigned for each week certain for trial to keep the court provided with sufficient business for each day the court is in session. Cases shall not be assigned for trial prior to the week certain that has been assigned unless the parties consent. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 277.)
