Sec. 14-4 the amount, legal interest or property in demand, is less than $15,000, exclusive of interest and costs, from cases in which the amount, legal inter- est or property in demand, is $15,000 or more, exclusive of interest and costs. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 254.)
