Conn. Practice Book § 18-1 (2026)

Sec. 18-1. Vouchers for Court Expenses No costs shall be taxed for court expenses unless each item of payment of over $50 shall be accompanied by a proper voucher. No part of the clerk’s bill or fees shall be included for taxation in the state marshal’s bill, or in any bill of a community correctional center. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 407.)
