Sec. 18-4. Eminent Domain; Clerk’s Fees If, by the provisions of the charter of any railroad company, canal company, bridge company, or the like, it shall be made the duty of the judicial author- ity to appoint appraisers, assessors, commission- ers, etc., the clerk’s fees must be paid as in other causes.
