Sec. 2-4. —Regulations by Bar Examining Committee (Amended June 26, 2020, to take effect Jan. 1, 2021.) The bar examining committee shall have the power and authority to implement these rules by regulations relevant thereto and not inconsistent therewith. Such regulations may be adopted at any regular meeting of the committee or at any special meeting called for that purpose. They shall be effective ninety days after publication in one issue of the Connecticut Law Journal and shall at all times be subject to amendment or revision by the committee or by the judges of the Superior Court.
