Sec. 2-44. Power of Superior Court To Disci- pline Attorneys and To Restrain Unautho- rized Practice The Superior Court may, for just cause, sus- pend or disbar attorneys and may, for just cause, punish or restrain any person engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.
