Power of Superior Court To Disci- pline Attorneys and To Restrain Unautho- rized Practice The Superior Court may, for just cause, sus- pend or disbar attorneys and may, for just cause, punish or restrain any person engaged in the unauthorized practice of law. Definition of the Practice of Law (a) General Definition: The practice of law is ministering to the legal needs of another person and applying legal principles and judgment to the circumstances or objectives of that person.
