Sec. 21-10. —Hearing before Action on Allowance The court may, upon due notice to a claimant, hear the claimant’s claim before allowing or disal- lowing the same and, subject to appeal, the deci- sion thereon shall be final. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 495.)
