Sec. 21-15. Orders in Chambers Whenever any judge shall have appointed a receiver in chambers, all applications for orders in said proceeding made out of court shall, except in the case of such judge’s absence from the state, the judge’s disability or a request in writing to the contrary, be made to such judge.
